Document Receiving
The Documents will be received from the department officials at this stage. At this stage these documents will be counted and an entry of the received documents will be made in a log register.Both the delivering and receiving official will sign the entry.

Final Data Handover
Post generation of OCRed PDF files along with indexing parameters. Data will be handed over to authorized official of department in data structure finalized by department and a data receiving will be obtained from the authorized official of department.
